Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in pristine condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, odour, or without original tags may be refused or returned to the client at their expense.
Returns must be approved prior to being sent. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Swimwear
- Underwear
Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a secure, trackable service, as Abigail Lifestyle Boutique cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
In exceptional circumstances, we may assist in arranging return shipping. Any associated costs will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery may be subject to return shipping fees and any associated costs, which will be deducted from the final refund.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item of your order), without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@abigailfashion.com or by submitting a return request through your customer account portal.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the item is faulty or not as described. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment), we will refund your full order amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale items
- Underwear
- Swimwear
