Shipping & returns
- Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then as soon as reasonably possible (depending on the delivery service you have selected). In any event, delivery will take place no more than 30 days after the day your Contract is entered into.
- If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, after three failed attempts, we may end the contract and clause 12 will apply.
- Delivery of your order will be complete when We deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
- You will own the Products once We have received payment in full.
- The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colours of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the products that will be delivered to you.
If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside of Canada:
- your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that We have no control over these charges and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes;
- you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law; and
- if you return any Products to us from a destination outside of Canada, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having a similar effect.
You have 14 days to return your products starting from the day you receive your order.
- Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Products returned without the original product tag, or a damaged product tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
Abigail Lifestyle Boutique. monitors account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
To initiate a Return, please login your your Account and go to “Orders” to find the Order that contains the Products that you wish to return and click on View button on access the order. Once you are within your Order, you will be able to select the Products you wish to initiate the Return. Please make sure you take Photos and provide the reason for your return.
If you do not have an account and have made an order with us, please send an email to email@example.com with the Order #, Photos, and explanation of the return.
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your Return request. Upon validating the request and qualifying the return, we will provide the return label for you to send the Products back to Abigail Lifestyle Boutique.
