At Abigail Lifestyle Boutique, every order is prepared with precision and care.
Orders are processed within 2–14 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and selected service. While we work closely with our shipping partners, Abigail Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect orders once processed.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, Abigail Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in pristine condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, odour, or without original tags may be refused or returned to the client at their expense.
Returns must be approved prior to being sent. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
Final Sale
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Underwear
Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a secure, trackable service, as Abigail Lifestyle Boutique cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
In exceptional circumstances, we may assist in arranging return shipping. Any associated costs will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery may be subject to return shipping fees and any associated costs, which will be deducted from the final refund.
