Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products (“Products”) from Abigail Lifestyle Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only once your order has been processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors, with a full refund issued where applicable.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–14 business days.
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and selected shipping service. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the client. While we work closely with our shipping partners, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages incurred in transit.
Delivery is deemed complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unsuccessful delivery may be subject to return shipping fees and associated costs, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, Abigail Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
4. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in pristine condition — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We recommend using a secure, trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
In exceptional cases, we may assist in arranging return shipping. Any associated costs will be deducted from the final refund.
To ensure a fair experience for all clients, we reserve the right to review and manage orders or returns where patterns fall outside of our policy.
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, odour, or without original tags may be refused or returned to the client at their expense.Returns must be approved prior to being sent. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Swimwear
- Underwear
6. Refunds
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We are committed to ensuring all products meet our quality standards.

Any issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Client Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abigail Lifestyle Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. General
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The terms applicable to your order will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
